What is the SHSM Information Communication Technology Program at Christ The King?

The Information and Communication Technology SHSM offers students the opportunity to explore interests and acquire skills and experience that will assist them in preparing for their post secondary pathway and future career choices.

The program begins in Grade 11 and continues in Grade 12.

All post secondary pathways are available within this program: Apprenticeship Training, College, University and the Work Place.

This program is offered at Christ the King Catholic Secondary school (Georgetown).

What can I do to prepare?

• Attend a Parent/Student School to Career Information Evening. See your guidance department for dates.
• Visit your guidance counsellor at your home school for further information.

When can I get started?

• This is a limited enrollment program
• Apply in your Grade 10 year.
• To register, log onto www.onsorts.ca using your OEN number and birth date. OEN numbers can be found on report cards, student cards, credit counselling summaries. Interested students will receive an electronic message with an interview time. Complete the assignment package to the interview.
