According to the Hamilton Training Advisory Board's report "Charting Hamilton's Labour Market", 21,000 workers are expected to retire in Hamilton by 2016 and some 50,000 new employees will be needed to take over jobs created as a result of retirement and new economic opportunities.

Exposing youth to careers in Radio Broadcasting

There voices are familiar to people in Hamilton, many of whom let Sunni Genesco and Jodi Gaskell be part of their rushed morning by tuning their radio to 102.9 K Lite FM.  The show personalities had an opportunity to visit Billy Green Elementary School and discuss careers in Radio Broadcasting, through IEC Hamilton's Speakers Bureau program.
