Canadian broadcasting icon discusses the challenges of change

'There is nothing easy about change for any industry, whether it is construction or media, says the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's (CBC) Peter Mansbridge, but he believes there is a commonality in how to face it.

“You have to confront it and lead yourselves and your employees through a process where you all embrace it,” he said. “Sometimes that is not easy.”
